Welcome to Snapshot Printing! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Snapshot Printing. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Services.

Please review your order carefully before submitting; we may be unable to accommodate cancellations after acceptance. If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout. Your purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time of order and will appear in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, peak volumes, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand off products to the carrier.

The Services and all content therein (including trademarks, text, graphics, images, video, audio, page design, and arrangements) are owned by Snapshot Printing, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Our Services are hosted by Shopify, which enables our storefront. However, all sales and purchases you make are with Snapshot Printing. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Snapshot Printing.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain personal information is also processed by Shopify to operate and improve the platform. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without notice.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Snapshot Printing submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
