Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your custom product. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, scratched, faded, or defective in any way — we will replace it at no cost to you.

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong photo, or ordering the wrong size.

What qualifies for a replacement or refund?

  • wavy or loose canvas
  • bubbles or wrinkles
  • scratches
  • fading
  • printing errors
  • item damaged upon arrival

How to request a replacement or refund

Please email clear photos of the issue to:
info@snapshotprinting.ca

Include the following in your email:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Return Window

Defects must be reported within 15 days of receiving your order.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned to the same payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Costs

If a physical return is required, return shipping costs are covered by us.
